At Process Ease, we stand behind the value of our services and digital products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Service-Based products

Our consulting, automation, and process optimisation services involve time, expertise, and custom deliverables.

Upfront Payments: Projects under R25,000 require upfront payment.

Refunds Before Discovery Session: If you cancel before your scheduled discovery session, you may request a refund minus an admin fee.

Non-Refundable After Discovery: Once the discovery session or project work has begun, fees are non-refundable, as time and intellectual property are already delivered.

Client Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by missing client inputs, approvals, or access.

Digital Products (Templates, Toolkits, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable files, we cannot offer returns or refunds once the product has been accessed or delivered.

If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., file won’t open, download error), we’ll provide a working replacement at no extra cost.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot issue refunds for completed services, we do commit to client satisfaction by:

Offering one revision round per project stage at no additional cost.

Providing a 30-day check-in after delivery to ensure systems are functioning as expected.

Supplying documentation and training materials so you and your team can use the delivered solution effectively.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases where:

Process Ease is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues.

A duplicate payment was made in error.
